1 to 7 Practice Centre began with a simple mission: to make ICBC knowledge test preparation accessible, multilingual, and effective for everyone.
Founded by siblings Jagjit Kainth and Harwinder Kainth, who bring over 15 years of combined experience in client support, financial services, and community engagement, the Centre was created to help learners overcome the challenges of licensing exams — from complex regulations to language barriers.
As the needs of our community have grown, so have we.
